Master percussionist and drummer Babatunde Lea has summoned the spirit of rhythm in the company of some of the world's greatest jazz and world music luminaries. On Soul Pools, Lea leads a new team of all-star talent that includes John Benitez on bass, Kevin Jones on percussion, Ku-umba Frank Lacy on horns and vocals, Hilton Ruiz on piano and Mario Rivera on sax and flute.
